Terms of Use of the VR-platform Virtual education

All intellectual activity results and means of individualization placed on the website, including, but not limited to, design elements, graphic images (including illustrations), photographic works, text, audiovisual works, and other works, as well as trademarks and industrial designs, are protected in accordance with the legislation in force in Ukraine. The above intellectual property objects individually and all together constitute the protected Content (hereinafter - the Content).

The Site and everything placed on it, as well as all Content of the website are the property of the Site Administration.

Use of the Website, including its Content, is permitted only for the purpose of familiarization and for the possibility of receiving services provided by the Site Administration.

Use of the Website, including its Content, for commercial purposes is not permitted.

Citation of text materials published on the website is permitted with the mandatory indication of an active hyperlink to the website or to the section of the Website with the cited content.

The User agrees not to reproduce, duplicate, copy any parts of the Site, except in cases when such permission is granted to the User by the Site Administration.

The Site allows the User to view and download information from the website solely for personal non-commercial use. It is forbidden to modify the materials of the Site, distribute Content for public and / or commercial purposes.

When registering on the website or placing an order without registration on the website, the User consents to provide reliable and accurate information about themselves and their contact details.

In the process of registration on the website, the User receives a login and password, for the security of which the User bears personal responsibility.

The User can register either by themselves using the phone number indicated on the website or via an invite link.

Information provided by the User to the Site Administration is confidential information.

By agreeing to this Agreement, the User provides their full and unconditional consent to the collection, processing and use of their personal data on the terms and in the manner provided by the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data".

The User gives consent to the Site Administration for the collection, use, processing, storage of information containing personal data of the user, solely for the purpose of providing relevant services by the Site Administration through the Site.

The Site Administration undertakes to collect only that information containing personal data of the user that the User provides voluntarily during registration on the website, i.e., only in those cases when such information is necessary for the provision and / or improvement of services provided by the Site Administration to the User.

The Site Administration takes necessary measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data of the user of the Site.

The Site Administration is not responsible for the actions of third parties (including Internet service providers that ensure the technical availability of the Website at the user's location) with respect to the protection of communication channels through which information is transmitted from the Website or to the Site.

The Site Administration undertakes not to transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases where the transfer of personal data is necessary in accordance with the requirements of the legislation in force in Ukraine.

The User has the right, on the basis of a request sent to the email of the Site Administration, to familiarize themselves with information about their personal data processed and stored by the Administration, request clarification of personal data or their deletion from the Personal Data Information System of the Site Administration.

The User has rights and obligations defined by this Agreement and the legislation in force in Ukraine.

The User is obliged to use the Website, services provided by the Site Administration, materials and information that constitute the Content of the Site, subject to compliance with the provisions of this Agreement.

The User is obliged under no circumstances to perform the following actions:

• copying, distribution, downloading, transmission, sale or any other use of intellectual property objects of the Administration not agreed with the Site Administration;
• impersonating another person or a representative of an organization, enterprise, institution without any rights and grounds, including for the Site Administration, as well as misleading other users of the Site;
• any other illegal actions that contradict the legislation in force in Ukraine and this Agreement.

The Site Administration is obliged to make all reasonable efforts to maintain the Site in working condition, but does not guarantee constant and uninterrupted operation of the Site and is not responsible for ensuring its uninterrupted functioning.

The Site Administration bears no responsibility for any errors, typos and inaccuracies that may be found by the user in the materials posted on the website.

The Site Administration makes all necessary efforts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided on the website.

The Site Administration is not responsible to any user for their use or misuse of products and / or services.

The Site Administration is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, incorrect indication of their personal data by the User during registration (creating an account).

The Site Administration is not responsible for possible illegal actions of the User with respect to third parties or for possible illegal actions of third parties with respect to the user.

The Site Administration is not responsible for losses, damage or expenses incurred by the User in connection with the impossibility of using the Site.

This Agreement enters into force for each user of the Site upon providing their Consent to the terms of this Agreement and is valid between the User and the Site Administration during the entire period of use of the Site by the User.

The Site Administration has the right to make changes to this Agreement. Changes will be published on the website https://ved.com.ua/

Changes will also apply to persons who are already users of the Website at the time such Changes come into force.

Changes will take effect after the expiration of a 30-day period from the date of their publication on the website.
